A 15–30 minute, non-surgical treatment that reshapes and refines the nose with dermal filler. No breaks. No bandages. No recovery — and it can be reversed.
Most people who want a different nose never do anything about it. Not because they change their mind — because the only route on offer was surgery. We took that route apart.
A skilled injector places small, precise amounts of dermal filler along the bridge, the radix, and the tip. Bumps get smoothed. The bridge gets enhanced. The tip gets lift and structure. It is millimetres of product, and it is the whole difference between a profile that reads as crooked and one that reads as straight.
A non-surgical nose job may change the appearance from the front, but it mainly affects the lateral — side — profile. That is where you will see it.
Every candidate who takes the quiz tells us what they'd change. Here is what they’ve told us so far — most name more than one.

truenose is not a clinic. It is a standard. Certification means a provider has been trained on the nasal protocol, uses approved product, documents every case with the same photography, and follows every patient through refinement. Nose filler sits close to critical vasculature. It should only ever be done by someone who does it constantly.

A non-surgical nose job is a dermal filler treatment that reshapes and refines the nose to increase symmetry. It can be used to smooth bumps, enhance the bridge, or add structure to the tip. It is ideal for anyone looking to smooth a bump, build the bridge, or lift and add structure to the tip.
No. A non-surgical nose job does not reduce the size of the nose or remove volume from it. What it does is give the nose a more balanced, symmetrical look — and when filler is placed properly, that can create the illusion of a smaller, thinner nose. The change is mainly to the lateral, or side, profile.
Most people describe pressure rather than pain. Your provider applies topical numbing beforehand, and the filler itself contains lidocaine. The treatment takes about fifteen minutes.
Generally 6 to 12 months, depending on the filler used and your own metabolism. A touch-up every 6 to 12 months is recommended to maintain your result — most members come back before it fully fades, so the profile never visibly changes back.
Hyaluronic acid filler is dissolvable — this is a temporary, reversible enhancement by design. Your provider can inject hyaluronidase and return your nose to its starting point, usually within a day or two. Reversal is included in your membership at no additional charge.
Nasal filler is a well-established technique, but the nose has a dense and unforgiving blood supply, and vascular complications — while rare — are serious. That is the entire reason the certified provider network exists. Every truenose provider is licensed, trained specifically on the nasal protocol, and keeps hyaluronidase on site. Your provider will review the full risk profile with you before you consent.
Often yes — filler is frequently used to refine a surgical result. It depends on your history and healing, which is exactly what the candidacy review is for. Tell us on the quiz.
No. This is a cosmetic contouring treatment. If you have a deviated septum, chronic obstruction, or any functional concern, see an ENT or a facial plastic surgeon. We’ll tell you so directly if that’s what your photos suggest.
$2,400 covers your consultation, your treatment, one complimentary refinement at eight weeks, and reversal if you want it. Financed over 24 months at 0.00% APR, that’s $100 a month. There is no separate consultation fee. Prices shown are per area, and your provider will confirm the plan and final cost at consultation; select branded fillers and specialty areas may carry an additional cost.
Pricing varies by market. Your provider will explain how treatment is priced in your state at consultation.
Take the quiz and send one side-profile photo. A certified provider reviews it and sends back a written assessment — including a plain answer if you’re not a good candidate. It costs nothing and carries no obligation.
Dr. Rivkin’s work is cited, published and reported on — not marketed. Below is recent coverage and peer-reviewed research.
Dr. Rivkin joined an international panel of injectors and researchers on a consensus study examining how hyaluronidase — the enzyme used to dissolve hyaluronic acid filler — should be used safely in aesthetic practice, including in vascular emergencies. It is the kind of work that underpins reversibility being a real clinical option rather than a marketing line.
