The problem

Four things stop
almost everyone.

Most people who want a different nose never do anything about it. Not because they change their mind — because the only route on offer was surgery. We took that route apart.

01

An operation

An injection. Hyaluronic acid filler placed by a licensed provider. No general anesthesia, no incisions, no breaking.

02

Weeks of recovery

Fifteen to thirty minutes. You walk in, you walk out, you return to your day. No downtime.

03

A five-figure quote

$100 a month. One flat price, published up front, financed at 0.00% APR over 24 months.

04

Not knowing

Seeing it first. Take the quiz, send a profile photo, and get a written plan from a certified provider before you book anything.

The treatment

Filler doesn’t
remove. It
rebalances.

A skilled injector places small, precise amounts of dermal filler along the bridge, the radix, and the tip. Bumps get smoothed. The bridge gets enhanced. The tip gets lift and structure. It is millimetres of product, and it is the whole difference between a profile that reads as crooked and one that reads as straight.

What it will not do.

  • Remove volume from the nose, or shorten it.
  • Make a large nose physically smaller — though placed well, filler can create the illusion of a thinner, smaller nose.
  • Correct a deviated septum or improve breathing.
  • Replace surgical rhinoplasty where surgery is the right answer.
  • Last forever — plan on 6 to 12 months.

A non-surgical nose job may change the appearance from the front, but it mainly affects the lateral — side — profile. That is where you will see it.

Product
FDA-cleared hyaluronic acid dermal filler, selected by your provider for nasal contouring.
Time
15 to 30 minutes, depending on how many areas are treated.
Comfort
Minimal discomfort. Quick, precise injections; most people describe pressure rather than pain.
Results
Visible immediately after treatment. Typically 6 to 12 months, depending on the filler used.
Downtime
None. Return to daily activities immediately.
Reversible
A temporary enhancement. Hyaluronidase dissolves the filler if you are not happy with the outcome.
Who treats you
A licensed injector inside a truenose certified practice — never a technician, never a pop-up.

you. Our best
providers do.

truenose is not a clinic. It is a standard. Certification means a provider has been trained on the nasal protocol, uses approved product, documents every case with the same photography, and follows every patient through refinement. Nose filler sits close to critical vasculature. It should only ever be done by someone who does it constantly.

Questions

Everything people
ask before they
book.

What is a non-surgical nose job, and what does it do?

A non-surgical nose job is a dermal filler treatment that reshapes and refines the nose to increase symmetry. It can be used to smooth bumps, enhance the bridge, or add structure to the tip. It is ideal for anyone looking to smooth a bump, build the bridge, or lift and add structure to the tip.

Can a non-surgical nose job make my nose smaller?

No. A non-surgical nose job does not reduce the size of the nose or remove volume from it. What it does is give the nose a more balanced, symmetrical look — and when filler is placed properly, that can create the illusion of a smaller, thinner nose. The change is mainly to the lateral, or side, profile.

Does it hurt?

Most people describe pressure rather than pain. Your provider applies topical numbing beforehand, and the filler itself contains lidocaine. The treatment takes about fifteen minutes.

How long does a non-surgical nose job last?

Generally 6 to 12 months, depending on the filler used and your own metabolism. A touch-up every 6 to 12 months is recommended to maintain your result — most members come back before it fully fades, so the profile never visibly changes back.

What if I don’t like it?

Hyaluronic acid filler is dissolvable — this is a temporary, reversible enhancement by design. Your provider can inject hyaluronidase and return your nose to its starting point, usually within a day or two. Reversal is included in your membership at no additional charge.

Is it safe?

Nasal filler is a well-established technique, but the nose has a dense and unforgiving blood supply, and vascular complications — while rare — are serious. That is the entire reason the certified provider network exists. Every truenose provider is licensed, trained specifically on the nasal protocol, and keeps hyaluronidase on site. Your provider will review the full risk profile with you before you consent.

Can I have it if I’ve had surgical rhinoplasty?

Often yes — filler is frequently used to refine a surgical result. It depends on your history and healing, which is exactly what the candidacy review is for. Tell us on the quiz.

Will it help my breathing?

No. This is a cosmetic contouring treatment. If you have a deviated septum, chronic obstruction, or any functional concern, see an ENT or a facial plastic surgeon. We’ll tell you so directly if that’s what your photos suggest.

What does the price actually cover?

$2,400 covers your consultation, your treatment, one complimentary refinement at eight weeks, and reversal if you want it. Financed over 24 months at 0.00% APR, that’s $100 a month. There is no separate consultation fee. Prices shown are per area, and your provider will confirm the plan and final cost at consultation; select branded fillers and specialty areas may carry an additional cost.

Do you sell filler or toxin by the unit?

Pricing varies by market. Your provider will explain how treatment is priced in your state at consultation.

How do I know if I’m a candidate?

Take the quiz and send one side-profile photo. A certified provider reviews it and sends back a written assessment — including a plain answer if you’re not a good candidate. It costs nothing and carries no obligation.

Train one-on-one

VIP personal trainings and shadowing preceptorships at RIVKIN Aesthetics in Los Angeles — for injectors who want to learn the non-surgical rhinoplasty from the physician who developed it.

Dr. Rivkin offers 1-day and 2-day, one-on-one or small group trainings. For injectors with an out of state license, the shadowing preceptorship allows the trainee to observe Dr. Rivkin’s techniques up close and learn his rationale. Trainees hone not just their injection skills, but their aesthetic judgement and understanding of proportions as Dr. Rivkin explains his decisions and choices.

Injectors with a California license have the opportunity to shadow Dr. Rivkin and perform injections under his supervision.

Training can include the non-surgical rhinoplasty, general facial sculpting (cheeks, eyes, jawline, chin, etc) or both.

In addition to Dr. Rivkin’s expertise and guidance, the trainee receives extensive instructions on safety protocols and adverse event preparedness (including skills, materials, and adverse event decision flow charts).

The trainee receives a certificate upon completion of the training. After the training, Dr. Rivkin is available to all trainees for advice in case of urgent situations.
